About Makueni County Public Service Board

The Make County Public Service Board operates under Section 57 of the County Governments Act of 2012. Established on August 5, 2013, it functions as a legal entity with perpetual succession and an official seal, enabling it to initiate and respond to legal proceedings in its corporate capacity. Comprising a Chairman, five Board Members, and a Secretary, all appointments are made by the Governor and approved by the County Assembly. The Board’s secretariat was set up in 2014.
