Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives across designated regions to enhance revenue generation and maximize profitability.
Develop and establish new business prospects through both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels.
Develop and reinforce strategic partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare providers, corporate entities, and essential stakeholders to enhance collaborative opportunities.
Provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration to a regional sales team, ensuring sustained performance against established objectives.
Execute strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and expanding the customer base to enhance loyalty and maximize revenue potential.
To stay ahead of market dynamics and capitalize on growth prospects, analyze market trends, track competitors’ actions, and identify emerging opportunities to drive strategic business expansion.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git; prior experience in full-stack development is a plus. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning are essential.
A degree in a scientific discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree.
An MBA degree is considered a valuable asset.
With a minimum of seven years of managerial experience in sales, candidates should possess a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
