About Us
Infinite Talent Recruiters, a NEA-certified recruitment agency headquartered in Nairobi, focuses on domestic placements in hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics, as well as Gulf-based roles for Kenyan professionals. Additionally, we are developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI Applicant Tracking System, an AI Resume Generator, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Platform. As a compact and agile team, this position will play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts.
The Role
This role diverges from conventional sales or marketing positions.
We seek a strategic thinker with a systems-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing automated pipelines that require minimal supervision while maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will assume full accountability for revenue outcomes, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving financial performance and ensuring sustainable growth.
Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Take ownership of employer acquisition, shifting business development from a reactive to a proactive approach, establish a CRM system from the ground up, and develop the operational framework necessary to support both local and Gulf markets.
Phase 2, commencing in Month 3, involves advancing the commercialization of our three AI-powered talent solutions: AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and the Visa-Sponsored Job Board.
What You’ll Do
Drive the complete employer acquisition lifecycle, overseeing each stage from initial prospect identification through to final deal closure.
Develop and implement proactive outbound outreach strategies targeting businesses that are currently recruiting in Kenya.
Craft and finalize retainer agreements with key clients spanning the hospitality, healthcare, and construction industries.
Select, implement, and oversee the company’s CRM system, choosing from platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level, while ensuring optimal configuration to meet operational needs.
Craft and execute organized follow-up sequences tailored to each prospect.
Build and enhance the employer onboarding process from inception to completion while establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies.
Generate weekly pipeline reports and key performance indicator dashboards for the CEO, ensuring timely delivery and clear presentation of critical business metrics.
Starting in the third month, the role will facilitate the initial market introduction for all three AI talent products.
In the initial 90-day period, you will be expected to fully integrate into the role, aligning your efforts with the team’s objectives and company standards. This timeframe is designed to facilitate your acclimation to the organization’s culture, processes, and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition into your responsibilities. During this phase, you will actively engage in onboarding activities, complete essential training modules, and establish key relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Additionally, you will begin contributing to projects, demonstrating your capabilities while seeking guidance to refine your performance. Regular check-ins with your manager will provide an opportunity to review progress, address any challenges, and set clear goals for continued growth within the company.
Month one encompasses conducting a comprehensive review of the existing pipeline, implementing CRM configuration, assembling a targeted employer list exceeding 200 organizations, and initiating outreach efforts.
Month 2: Execute the complete outreach list, secure five employer clients, and identify key Gulf agency targets.
In the third month of employment, the candidate will be responsible for achieving acquisition targets, launching AI-driven product outreach initiatives, and formulating a comprehensive six-month growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For
With at least three years of experience in business development, sales operations, growth, or recruitment operations, you have successfully developed or overseen the creation of a CRM pipeline from the ground up.
Able to manage a revenue target confidently and accept responsibility for it on a weekly basis.
A systematic thinker, this individual documents processes, identifies gaps, and develops solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required, with the ability to craft compelling cold emails that effectively elicit responses.
A background encompassing recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or BPO experience is highly beneficial.
Based in Nairobi, this role requires full-time, on-site availability.
