The Assistant Valves Technician collaborates with the Valves Technician throughout the complete valve rehabilitation process in the workshop. This position aids in receiving, inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, repairing, testing, and documenting valves while ensuring traceability and compliance with established quality standards. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the specified domain are required. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards is also necessary. Prior experience in project management or leadership roles is highly desirable.
A diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a mechanical workshop or maintenance setting is required.
