Qualifications
Possess a proven track record in direct sales, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods sector, demonstrating hands-on experience in field-based roles.
Must possess prior experience in customer-facing positions, such as direct sales or customer service, and demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Proficient in both spoken English and Luganda is required, with a strong command of the latter.
Proven ability to build strong interpersonal connections is essential; you demonstrate initiative, thrive in diverse social settings, and take genuine pleasure in engaging with new individuals to cultivate meaningful professional relationships.
Individuals should exhibit a keen enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
