Manage and execute core tasks critical to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards. Oversee day-to-day functions, providing leadership and guidance to achieve defined objectives efficiently. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive project completion, resolve challenges, and optimize workflows. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and maintaining alignment on priorities.

Prospectively engage and onboard new members by promoting Sacco products and services, ensuring alignment with their financial needs and preferences.

Recruit new members and oversee the account opening procedures to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all applicants.

Facilitate the deposit of member funds and assist in initiatives aimed at enhancing account funding.

Develop and capitalize on emerging business prospects across designated geographic territories.

Foster and sustain meaningful connections with current members as well as prospective clients.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and informative customer training sessions to enhance understanding and drive product adoption.

Proactively engage with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate their transition into active memberships.

Collect market intelligence and deliver insights regarding customer preferences and competitor strategies.

Compile and dispatch daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
