Proven is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead expansion efforts across Kenya and the broader regional market.
This position entails lead generation, sales closure, client relationship management, outreach execution, and corporate account expansion. The preferred candidate will oversee the development and sustenance of a robust sales pipeline, achieved by pinpointing high-value business opportunities and potential clients. The primary objective is to consistently surpass monthly and annual targets while driving revenue growth.
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to foster a safe, compliant, and organized work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering professional development, accountability, and a culture of excellence. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies while promoting ethical conduct and workplace integrity.
Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline while fostering enduring connections with potential clients.
Explore untapped market segments and emerging trends to uncover potential revenue streams, aligning strategic initiatives with business growth objectives.
Create and execute strategic sales initiatives designed to meet established corporate sales objectives.
Craft and finalize contract proposals and sales agreements in collaboration with clients and business partners.
Develop and sustain productive relationships with current clients to foster satisfaction and enhance retention rates.
Evaluate opportunities and guide prospects through every stage of the sales process to ensure successful outcomes.
Conduct thorough research to identify and pursue prospective clients in alignment with company strategy.
Perform outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach on platforms such as LinkedIn, alongside other prospecting initiatives.
Proactively initiate and cultivate meetings by leveraging strategic outreach initiatives and expanding professional networks.
Engage in the preparation and submission of bids and tenders to secure new business opportunities.
Perform sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients to effectively showcase offerings and drive engagement.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.

Demonstrates a strong track record of successfully finalizing sales transactions.
Accomplished a consistent history of surpassing established sales objectives and demonstrating exceptional performance against key metrics.
