Job purpose
To prioritize retailer visits with the objective of enhancing brand awareness and improving SIM and Float performance, while ensuring optimal visibility and merchandising standards at the point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.
Oversee and execute core duties encompassing the primary functions of the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Manage critical tasks and projects as assigned, maintaining high performance and accountability throughout all processes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive outcomes and foster productive relationships. SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping involves strategically overseeing the identification and recruitment of Agents, with a primary focus on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Revise the beat plan by conducting regular visits to SOS and Agents along predetermined route plans.
Provide and distribute essential business tools necessary for seamless transactions at SSO and agent locations. Additionally, conduct comprehensive training sessions for SOS and Trash Agents, ensuring they fully grasp and adhere to established operational processes.
Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) training sessions for agents and educate staff on safety and security officers (SOS) regarding know your customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to the SIM registration (SIM REG) process.
Float and stock management responsibilities involve overseeing the distribution and monitoring of SIM cards to ensure agents maintain a sufficient supply. Additionally, maintaining the 1.5x stock rule for agents is crucial to prevent shortages. It is equally important to guarantee that Stock Sales Officers (SOS) have adequate SIM stock to facilitate new registration and activation processes efficiently.
Develop and uphold consistent merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of necessary merchandising materials at all SSO and Agent outlets.
