Oversee the primary duties and deliverables associated with this role, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, streamline processes, and achieve key performance indicators. Maintain accountability for project timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards while providing clear direction to team members. Identify emerging challenges and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.

Promote and distribute Sacco products and services to potential members to drive engagement and membership growth.

We are seeking to expand our membership base by actively recruiting new individuals and guiding them through the account opening procedures.

Facilitate the collection of member deposits and provide assistance for account funding initiatives.

Explore and develop new business prospects across designated territories to drive growth and expand market presence.

Develop and nurture meaningful connections with existing members as well as prospective clients.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and instruct customers on product functionalities and benefits.

Responsibilities include pursuing leads and transforming prospective clients into engaged members.

Collect and analyze market intelligence to assess evolving customer demands and competitor strategies, delivering comprehensive insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Compile and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in a timely and organized manner.

Strive to consistently meet or exceed established sales and membership expansion objectives assigned to your role.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a comparable role. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining network systems, and providing exceptional customer service are essential. Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux, as well as experience with virtualization technologies, is necessary. Excellent oral and written communication skills are vital for collaborating with team members and addressing technical concerns effectively. Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is expected. Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices is important.

A diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is required.

A relevant Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline will be considered advantageous.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, coupled with strong foundational computer competencies, is essential.

A minimum of six months of professional experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related discipline is required.

Effective communication, adept negotiation abilities, and strong interpersonal competencies are essential for this role.

Proven capacity to operate autonomously while consistently achieving desired outcomes with minimal oversight.

Demonstrates exceptional integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset in all interactions.

Must maintain a polished appearance and comply with the company’s dress code and professional guidelines at all times.
