Key Accountabilities

Develop, execute, and oversee the Branch’s sales strategies by concentrating on key segments and aligning them with the specific needs of targeted customers.

We design and enhance regional sales toolkits, client materials, and training programs to align with diverse target propositions.

Conduct regular performance evaluations—daily, weekly, and monthly—with the sales team to ensure continuous engagement and consistent progress toward targets.

We are seeking a professional skilled in overseeing financial performance through strategic cost control and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate will analyze expenditure trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to enhance profitability while maintaining operational efficiency. Organize, facilitate, or suggest suitable training programs for branch staff to ensure they perform their duties with optimal effectiveness and efficiency.

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of approved leave for branch sales personnel to maintain operational efficiency.

Develop and enforce robust frameworks designed to eliminate mis-selling, misrepresentation, and fraudulent activities while ensuring strict adherence to customer data confidentiality protocols.

Ensure the team consistently adheres to all Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and procedures while fully complying with local regulatory requirements. Maintain alignment with industry best practices to uphold operational excellence and mitigate compliance risks effectively.

Ensure strict adherence to all relevant anti-money laundering protocols within the team, with a particular focus on escalating any suspicious transactions or activities to the designated Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer for further review and action.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
