Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, with at least three years in a senior role, preferably within the financial services sector. Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and auditing standards is essential, along with expertise in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong leadership abilities to mentor teams and drive process improvements are necessary. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a highly qualified Professor to join our esteemed academic team. The ideal candidate will hold a terminal degree in their respective field, possess a strong record of scholarly research, and demonstrate excellence in teaching. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additionally, the Professor will be expected to secure research funding, publish original work in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in university committees. Previous teaching experience at the collegiate level and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are required. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire both students and colleagues are essential for this role.

Minimum requirement includes three years of university-level teaching experience in the capacity of an Associate Professor.

Hold a minimum of sixty (60) publication points as an Associate Professor or equivalent, with at least forty (40) of those points derived from peer-reviewed scholarly journals.

Renowned for its research achievements on both a national and international scale, the institution garners widespread acclaim.

Over the course of my tenure, I successfully mentored a minimum of five postgraduate students through to completion, two of whom earned their doctoral degrees.

Secured external research funding as an Associate Professor or in an equivalent academic rank.
