Qualifications:
Possessing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field along with a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant capacity are essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced skills in data analysis and report writing. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. Compliance with all organizational policies and procedures is mandatory.
A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, or Clinical Medicine is required.
Minimum of four years of experience in hospital or healthcare management is required.
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and hospital operational protocols.
Strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills are essential to this role, requiring a high level of expertise and precision.
