CLIP is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Training Administrative Assistant to oversee the coordination of programs, office operations, communication, and marketing initiatives for our Leadership Training Programs.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align initiatives with company objectives, ensuring seamless integration of processes and policies. Monitor performance metrics to assess efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous development through mentorship, training, and professional growth opportunities for team members. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while upholding ethical business practices. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff to facilitate transparent communication and decision-making. Drive project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Oversee the daily administrative functions and operational workflows of the office environment.

Organize and manage meeting schedules, as well as oversee subsequent follow-up actions to ensure continuity and accountability.

Oversee all incoming and outgoing office communications and correspondence to ensure efficiency and professionalism in handling information exchange.

Develop and implement marketing initiatives to actively recruit participants, ensuring robust engagement and enrollment through strategic outreach and promotional efforts.

Develop and compile presentations, reports, and research materials to support organizational decision-making and communication efforts.

Facilitate the oversight and administration of digital communication platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles is also necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Prior experience in software development or a related role is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

A master’s degree will be considered an additional asset.

A minimum of three years of practical experience in the relevant field is required.

Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Exceptional aptitude for marketing, demonstrated initiative, and a flair for creative problem-solving.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications and design/publishing tools is required.

Proficient in digital communication strategies, website administration, and social media management, with a strong ability to engage audiences and optimize online presence.
