We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill this critical position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key operational tasks while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Requirements include a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Reporting to the Regional Partner Director with a secondary reporting line to the AFR New Business Sales Director, this position is tasked with identifying and integrating new Sales Partners—including introducers, resellers, and distributors—across Africa to enhance revenue through Teens’ multi-product portfolio. Your responsibilities will involve cultivating a robust pipeline, preparing and participating in monthly pipeline reviews with both Teens leadership and partner teams, and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing sales partners. You will ensure partners remain engaged in pipeline development, equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively promote Teens within their markets. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between partners and Teens’ solution groups to facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment.

RESPONSIBILITES

You will identify and engage potential companies to evaluate opportunities for Sales Partnerships, including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors. Additionally, you will establish and allocate targets, define targeted accounts, markets, and products, as well as explore routes to market.

You will organize sales enablement sessions for partners to facilitate their understanding and adoption of key product offerings.

You will serve as the Sales Manager, primarily tasked with spearheading sales initiatives to broaden Teens’ presence in targeted markets.

You will establish structured processes to enhance the partner’s team effectiveness in prospecting and expanding our mutual business, including implementing weekly cadence calls, reviewing pipeline progress, assisting the partner in client engagement, and delivering technical and sales training programs.

You will provide support to partners during forecasting, sales planning, and the management of RFP and Pre-Sales processes.

You will develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring precise tracking of quarterly forecasts and revenue.

You will maintain a balance between quarterly financial outcomes and a strategic focus on long-term revenue potential.

You will craft and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored to your territory, leveraging data-driven customer research and market intelligence to drive informed decision-making.

You will work alongside multiple cross-functional internal teams to facilitate the smooth operation of complete sales cycles managed by your Partners while maintaining the highest standards of performance.

Upon return from maternity leave, the position will involve a phased transition back to full-time work, beginning with three days per week during the first month, followed by four days per week in the second month.
