The Batch Hair Technician plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand credibility and market visibility by performing batch testing on all hair products and monitoring evolving trends and consumer demands. Within the hair care team, this position involves engaging in tailored salon education initiatives and delivering impactful product demonstrations. Based in Kenya, the role prioritizes the promotion of technical precision through rigorous quality assurance, alongside training professional stylists, salon partners, and internal sales teams. Serving as a critical liaison, the technician ensures the products align with quality benchmarks and market expectations, while adhering to manufacturing and brand specifications.
Oversee the execution of core operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop, implement, and monitor processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
