Oversee and execute a comprehensive array of tasks essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Document activities, outcomes, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making and reporting requirements.

At this level, responsibilities encompass instructing and assessing students, crafting comprehensive schemes of work, lesson notes, and detailed lesson plans. Additionally, the role involves evaluating students within clinical settings, providing academic guidance and counseling, and assisting in the design and development of assessment tools tailored to health training requirements. The position further entails establishing evaluation guidelines for health teaching materials across diverse health disciplines, reviewing training programs to gauge their efficacy and alignment with current and anticipated health needs in the specialized field.

Furthermore, duties include implementing competency-based curricula, coordinating continuing education initiatives for health professionals in pertinent areas, conducting research within the area of specialization—including operational research—and supervising students in research undertakings. The role also contributes to the formulation and execution of innovative training strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science is required for this position.

OR

We are seeking candidates who hold a Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery with a specialization in Clinical Forensic Medicine, along with at least six years of professional experience in the field.

You are required to hold current registration with the appropriate professional body, as applicable.

Ensured compliance with the provisions outlined in Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Proven competency in utilizing a wide range of computer applications is essential.
