This executive position seeks a seasoned sales leader with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue expansion, cultivate top-tier teams, and forge strategic alliances throughout the healthcare sector.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties with precision, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across departments. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to align resources, mitigate risks, and achieve key business objectives. Uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between executive teams and operational staff to facilitate seamless communication and execution of strategic goals.

Design and implement targeted regional sales strategies with the aim of enhancing revenue generation and maximizing profitability.

Leverage cross-functional collaboration to uncover and cultivate prospective business avenues spanning both B2B and B2C sectors.

Develop and enhance connections with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare practitioners, corporate entities, and other essential stakeholders to foster productive collaborations.

Guide and inspire a regional sales team to consistently meet and exceed assigned targets through effective leadership, mentorship, and motivational strategies.

Facilitate the expansion of the customer base, enhance retention strategies, and cultivate opportunities for account growth initiatives.

Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to facilitate strategic business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is strongly preferred.

An MBA qualification is highly desirable for this position.

With a minimum of seven years of dedicated experience in sales management, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. Expertise in strategic planning, client relationship development, and market expansion is essential, along with a deep understanding of sales methodologies and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset to consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to organizational success.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing established business goals and objectives through measurable performance improvements.

Accomplished in guiding teams and fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders, with a proven ability to inspire and develop talent while aligning diverse interests to achieve organizational objectives.

Proficiency in healthcare diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, medical devices, or related industries is strongly preferred.
