We seek an experienced leader to cultivate and nurture key enterprise customer relationships throughout the project implementation phase. Our innovative mobile-based sales automation solution, HENRI, is designed to revolutionize enterprise workflows and enhance distribution networks across Africa. Since our inception in 2015, we have successfully developed and deployed this service, acquiring customers in Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda through the collaborative efforts of our diverse Nigerian and Japanese team. To drive continued growth and empower our team, your expertise is essential.

The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities designed to achieve specific project objectives. This includes the execution of key tasks, adherence to established guidelines, and the fulfillment of outlined requirements. The position demands a high level of proficiency in relevant skills, along with a commitment to maintaining professional standards. Collaboration with stakeholders, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail are essential to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.

We assist corporate clients in maximizing the benefits of our service offerings by providing tailored guidance and solutions to meet their unique business needs.

Conduct orientation sessions for new customers, focusing on product setup and integration.

Assess sales representative utilization to determine which team members are actively engaging in their assigned activities and which are not.

Maintain regular contact with sales representatives to promptly address any operational challenges they may encounter during system utilization.

Address customer satisfaction challenges faced by managers with innovative solutions and strategic approaches.

Prepare and distribute reports as required to ensure timely communication and decision-making support.

Working conditions

The operational schedule spans from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily, providing a structured framework for daily activities and responsibilities.

Monday through Friday constitutes the designated work schedule.

Remuneration will be determined commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and professional background.

A three- to six-month probationary period will be implemented to evaluate performance and suitability for the role.

A definitive decision regarding permanent employment will be reached by the conclusion of this timeframe.
