The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. Splash is committed to upholding its mission by providing a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both employees and their families.

Splash accommodates employees across various time zones with adaptable work arrangements. While team members may establish core hours aligned with their local time zone, they must remain accessible for occasional after-hours responsibilities. This framework is complemented by an autonomous scheduling system that prioritizes personal time.

You will enjoy 18 days of paid time off annually, with an annual increase of 2 days until reaching a maximum of 28 days. The company also provides 11 paid holidays throughout the year, along with Wellness Fridays, which feature reduced working hours.
