Position Summary

A highly organized and driven Field Sales Representative is required to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position entails cultivating robust client connections, advocating premium offerings to medical facilities and healthcare providers, and collaborating with dental professionals to enhance sales performance within the dental supplies sector.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding results. Manage critical tasks across various domains, including strategic planning, team coordination, and performance evaluation. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address business challenges while maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and provide actionable insights to optimize workflows and achieve organizational goals. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Deliver a comprehensive portfolio of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities, driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships.

Leverage industry events, referrals, and on-site visits to uncover and cultivate fresh business prospects.

Cultivate and sustain enduring partnerships with dental professionals and pivotal stakeholders.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and comprehensive training sessions to equip clients with a thorough understanding of proper usage, key benefits, and essential maintenance practices.

Monitor competitor actions, pricing strategies, and new developments within the dental supplies’ industry, and provide comprehensive reports on findings.

Partner with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee punctual deliveries and outstanding client experiences.

Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives through consistent performance and strategic efforts.

Responsible for documenting sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights with precision and consistency.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity, along with a degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Human Resources. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, along with a track record of driving team performance and achieving operational goals, are required. Familiarity with compliance regulations and project management methodologies is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a proactive approach to challenges, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A recognized bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of demonstrated sales experience within the dental or medical supplies sector is required.

Proficiency in dental equipment and products is strongly preferred.

Strong proficiency in presentation delivery, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal communication is required.

Demonstrates advanced skills in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platforms effectively.

Demonstrates flexibility and readiness to undertake frequent travel throughout the designated region.
