Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless functionality, managing a team of professionals while adhering to established protocols and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, identify process improvements, and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate team output, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous development. Maintain meticulous records, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance measures to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks.

Achieve specified sales targets by implementing a strategic, territory-specific approach.

Each day, conduct visits to educational institutions and meticulously maintain precise documentation of all activities undertaken.

Proactively identify and transform emerging business opportunities into viable ventures.

Oversee the operations of bookshops and distributors to enhance product accessibility and market presence.

Responsibilities include assisting with collections activities, tracking outstanding balances, and ensuring sales reports are submitted punctually.

Ideal profile
