Senior Product Managers at this tier function as primary owners, demonstrating a strong command of their domain. They are entrusted with driving the success of designated user segments and often oversee up to three country-specific or global division partnerships. With a high degree of autonomy, they proactively uncover customer pain points, translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, and deliver tangible outcomes with limited supervision.

Strategy & Business Value (SRO): Independently interprets Business Value Metrics (BVMs) and computes Social Return on Investment (SRO) for assigned features. They substantiate the rationale behind feature development with fundamental data insights.

Data Fluency: Establishes quantifiable success metrics, specifically KPIs, for various features to effectively measure outcomes. Leverages analytics and data-driven insights to identify performance bottlenecks, diagnose underlying issues, and refine user journeys for enhanced conversion and engagement.

Validation & Prototyping: The role involves determining the most suitable prototyping approaches—such as Figma or paper prototypes—to assess solution viability. Features are deliberately scoped to MVPs, ensuring waste reduction and accelerated learning.

Partners collaboratively with Engineering to synchronize feature scope and available capacity. Proactively oversees and mitigates dependencies involving external teams, thereby preventing potential blockers and guaranteeing punctual delivery.

Technical System Design: Demonstrates a robust grasp of their feature’s technical stack. Constructively critiques engineering estimates and evaluates complexity assessments.

Tooling Mastery: Leverages expertise in Dragon Boat+Jira to optimize workflows as a Power User. Designs and configures dynamic dashboards and boards to enhance work efficiency while expertly managing intricate backlogs.
