Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support services to senior leadership, ensuring efficient management of daily operations and facilitating seamless workflow.

Monitor projects diligently, track deadlines meticulously, maintain comprehensive action logs, and ensure timely follow-up on all deliverables.

Oversee and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics to ensure seamless scheduling and efficient time management.

Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence while overseeing the company’s social media platforms and other digital communication channels.

We assist in developing content for newsletters, blogs, website updates, and marketing materials.

Facilitate seamless interaction and information exchange between internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Provide support in organizing various corporate functions, including events, meetings, training sessions, and company-wide activities.

Maintain structured filing and documentation systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Address routine client and customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

Requirements

A diploma or degree in a relevant discipline such as Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field is required.

Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing tasks efficiently and managing time effectively.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.

Proficiency in social media management and content creation is required. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of developing engaging posts, managing online communities, and leveraging various platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Capable of efficiently prioritizing multiple tasks while operating with limited oversight.

You demonstrate exceptional professionalism, maintain strict confidentiality, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all responsibilities.
