We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee sales operations and customer relations. Market intelligence and monitoring tasks involve curating and updating a comprehensive database that tracks market size, competitor landscape, and market share distribution. Additionally, this role requires the provision of timely market intelligence reports, including insights on pricing trends, emerging customer opportunities, and competitor developments.

Adhere to the standard offer book in alignment with customer promise initiatives.

Protect the company’s market position by securing the renewal of all key customer contracts.

Oversee credit operations in alignment with established company policies and the manual of authorities, ensuring adherence to prescribed guidelines. Pursue debt collection in accordance with mutually agreed trading terms, while conducting customer credit appraisals at the appropriate intervals.

Timely delivery of all invoices and statements to customers must be ensured. Any invoice disputes with customers should be promptly identified and resolved.

Conduct routine equipment inspections at client locations and promptly implement corrective measures as needed. Coordinate with Engineering teams regarding tank installations, revalidation processes, and other technical specifications.
