Oversee a comprehensive range of duties to ensure the smooth execution of projects, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and team coordination. Foster and sustain robust, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across functions (including HR, Finance, Recruiting, Event Teams, and Business Support) to advance team and leadership objectives effectively.

Serve as the primary liaison during the onboarding process, facilitating seamless integration for new employees, vendors, and interns while maintaining clear and consistent communication channels.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a cybersecurity role. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of network security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and incident response protocols. Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls is highly preferred. The ideal applicant will demonstrate expertise in threat detection, vulnerability management, and security tool implementation, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate security risks and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Certification such as CISSP, CEA, or Compton Security+ is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
