Spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of CENAC’s programs across Kenya.
Forge collaborative alliances with domestic civil society organizations, governmental bodies, and community stakeholders to enhance mutual engagement and impact.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project reports and monitoring & evaluation data to uphold transparency and accountability standards.
At CENAC, you will serve as the primary representative in engagements with stakeholders and at official meetings, effectively articulating the organization’s positions and interests.
Assist in the creation of proposals and contribute to fundraising initiatives to secure necessary resources and support for organizational projects.
Ensure all activities are consistently aligned with CENAC’s mission and safeguarding policies, maintaining full compliance with established standards and ethical guidelines.
– Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
– Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision in stakeholder interactions.
– Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams toward achieving project goals and KPIs.
– Minimum of five years of experience in a related field, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining high attention to detail.
– Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL or other query languages.
– Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technological advancements.
A bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seasoned professionals with prior involvement in program coordination or management within nongovernmental organizations are encouraged to apply.
Accomplished project management expertise, exceptional reporting capabilities, and proven stakeholder engagement proficiencies.
Proficiency in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), environmental initiatives, or community development programs is a valuable asset for this role.
