This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Oversee the complete lifecycle management of the Graduate Aquaculture Learning & Training (GALT) program, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.

Directly manage the recruitment and selection process for GALT trainees, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and standards.

Coordinate and oversee trainee rotations across various departments while maintaining strict adherence to the predetermined six-month cycle.

Collaborate with departmental managers to allocate mentors, monitor trainee progress, and resolve any developmental gaps.

Facilitate structured review sessions and performance assessments for both trainees and supervisors to ensure alignment with established goals and developmental objectives.

Continuously enhance the GALT curriculum and associated learning opportunities to ensure ongoing effectiveness and engagement.

Drives initiatives focused on enhancing employee performance and fostering talent growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Develops and implements strategies to identify, assess, and nurture high-potential employees, supporting succession planning and career progression. Collaborates with leadership to design performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs, to optimize individual and team contributions. Analyzes workforce data to pinpoint skill gaps, trends, and development opportunities, recommending targeted interventions to bolster capabilities and engagement. Facilitates coaching, mentoring, and training programs to strengthen leadership pipelines and drive organizational success.

Assist managers in pinpointing areas where performance can be enhanced and facilitate the execution of targeted learning strategies to drive improvement.

Collaborate with the Head of HR to pinpoint employees with high potential and craft tailored development programs.
