The core duties encompass a range of strategic and operational tasks, including but not limited to overseeing project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets. Additionally, the role demands proactive identification of process improvements, diligent stakeholder communication, and rigorous performance monitoring to drive organizational efficiency. Collaborative engagement with senior leadership to align initiatives with long-term business objectives is also essential, as is maintaining robust documentation and reporting standards for transparency and accountability.

Responsible for the accurate uploading and ongoing management of website products and content, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.

Develop and execute product pricing modifications to ensure alignment with market dynamics and organizational objectives.

Crafting and disseminating compelling product descriptions is a key responsibility.

The individual will be responsible for tracking and managing inventory levels on the website, ensuring that product availability is consistently updated and accurately reflected. This role involves overseeing stock quantities, identifying low or out-of-stock items, and coordinating with relevant teams to prevent overselling or shortages. A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to maintain reliable inventory records and provide customers with up-to-date purchasing options.

Enhancing the website’s functionality, navigation, and overall user experience to ensure seamless interaction and improved performance.

We oversee the timely uploading of product photography while ensuring the precision and correctness of all content.

Responsible for compiling and delivering regular updates on website performance and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

Educational qualifications must include a Diploma or Degree in a field relevant to Information and Communication Technology.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a related field is required.

Proficiency in HTML, XML, Java, and CSS is essential for this role.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Proven capability for meticulous analysis, exceptional organizational proficiency, and clear, persuasive communication skills.

Demonstrated skill in handling competing priorities within a dynamic, high-pressure setting is essential.
