The position requires comprehensive oversight of a designated corporate medical scheme portfolio from inception to completion. Key duties include conducting risk evaluations, determining pricing strategies, overseeing renewals, and maximizing scheme profitability, alongside strengthening client and intermediary engagements to enhance retention, organic expansion, and long-term portfolio viability. Familiarity with wellness program frameworks and principles of chronic disease management (CDMP) is advantageous.
