CLIP is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Training Administrative Assistant to oversee program coordination, office operations, communication, and marketing initiatives for our Leadership Training Programs.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure the smooth operation and success of the team. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and deliverables. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency within the department. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a key liaison between senior management and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and decision-making. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and development.
Oversee the daily administrative functions of the office environment to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Organize and oversee meetings as well as subsequent follow-up actions.
Oversee all internal and external office communications and correspondence to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
Devise and execute market strategies to enhance participant recruitment efforts.
Develop and deliver presentations, compile comprehensive reports, and create detailed research materials to support organizational objectives.
Facilitate the oversight and optimization of digital communication platforms to ensure seamless operations and enhanced user engagement.

Exceptional marketing skills, proactive mindset, and innovative problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and design/publishing tools is required.
Digital proficiency in communication, along with expertise in managing websites and social media platforms, are essential.

A remuneration package is offered that is both competitive and negotiable.
Relocating to Ru aka, Nairobi, Kenya, is required for this position.
The position requires full-time availability, Monday through Friday.
