Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will spearhead business growth initiatives by acquiring new customers, expanding existing portfolios, mobilizing deposits, and cultivating strong client relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Partner with branch teams and cross-functional business units to expand the Bank’s asset and liability portfolios, fostering sustainable growth through coordinated efforts and strategic alignment.

Craft high-quality credit proposals and collaborate closely with the Credit Department to facilitate prompt and streamlined processing of facilities.

Monitor portfolio performance vigilantly and take proactive measures to address delinquencies and recoveries, ensuring portfolio quality is upheld and non-performing loans are minimized.

Execute scheduled onsite customer engagements while delivering prompt, superior service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities, then propose strategic recommendations, innovative products, and service enhancements that strengthen the Bank’s competitive position.

Effectively oversee sales and relationship management expenditures to maximize resource efficiency and enhance profitability.

Compile and deliver periodic reports on business performance and portfolio metrics to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.

Maintain rigorous adherence to all applicable regulatory mandates, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and established internal policies, while fostering a robust framework for risk management and unwavering ethical integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is mandatory. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] and strong analytical capabilities are essential.
