Collaborate on the formulation and execution of strategic product roadmaps tailored specifically for digital banking platforms.

Conduct thorough evaluations following each release to identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements, providing actionable recommendations for process refinement and performance optimization.

Partner with IT, UX, and business stakeholders to assess and prioritize enhancement initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.

Perform in-depth evaluations of the costs and benefits associated with digital projects, assessing their overall impact and feasibility to ensure informed decision-making.

Provide first-line support for users encountering digital channel issues on a daily basis.

Housekeeping of digital communication channels, specifically those utilized for SMS-based purchasing, is required to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with established standards.

The incumbent is responsible for managing disaster recovery (DR) site operations and coordinating business continuity management (BCM) testing schedules.

Conducts user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly developed products and systems to ensure they meet end-user requirements and operate as intended.

Conducting comprehensive training sessions for users on both new and existing digital systems.

In collaboration with the Supplier Manager, serve as the key relationship liaison with the supplier, functioning as the designated escalation contact for resolving supplier-related issues. Oversee the Accountable Executive relationship through consistent management information reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution under the supplier’s oversight.

Remain informed about the latest developments in Information Communications and Technology applications, as well as hardware, software products, and services.

Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and quality assurance assessments for new product releases and system enhancements.

The role involves overseeing reporting and data management tasks, which constitute approximately 30% of responsibilities. This includes compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports. Additionally, the position requires maintaining databases, updating records, and implementing data governance practices to uphold integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

Conduct in-depth evaluations of behavioral data, including user flows, drop-off points, and engagement metrics.

Segment customers to derive actionable insights, enabling targeted strategies and informed decision-making based on distinct customer groups and their behaviors.

Conduct A/B testing initiatives and experiments to evaluate performance and gather data-driven insights.

Deliver strategic, data-backed recommendations aimed at enhancing digital growth initiatives.

Analyze and project trends in usage, volumes, and adoption rates to identify emerging patterns and future demands.

Develop interactive dashboards to monitor and analyze the usage and performance metrics of digital products.

Transform data extracts from diverse sources into meaningful insights using reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, facilitating required reporting structures. This entails assembling management information (MI) as well as addressing any ad-hoc queries, all while meeting stipulated deadlines.

Ensure all business intelligence activities align strictly with the established data governance frameworks specified by the business unit. Key responsibilities involve overseeing data quality management, administering information lifecycle processes, and enforcing stringent information security and privacy protocols.

Establish a standardized reporting framework to efficiently address requests and implement robust change control mechanisms, thereby ensuring full auditability.

Ensure all current reports remain accurate and up-to-date using standard reporting tools to support informed decision-making and maintain robust data governance standards.

Engage proactively with stakeholders, both formally and informally, to ensure full participation in the development and implementation of MI reporting solutions.

Engage in established forums and committees to maintain awareness of recent advancements and industry trends.

Perform integrity checks during both the development of new reports and the execution of existing scripts to verify that accurate data is included in the reports and that all data quality standards are strictly followed.

Identify data quality and governance issues and promptly bring them to the attention of the relevant line manager for resolution.

Responsible for overseeing and maintaining controls, which constitute 10% of the role’s responsibilities.
