Oversee and execute essential duties, including but not limited to managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring project deadlines are met with precision. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive organizational growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, resolve challenges, and maintain high performance standards. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain clear communication channels to align stakeholders and ensure transparency across all levels of the organization.

Devise and implement tailored regional sales strategies with a focus on maximizing revenue and enhancing profitability.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels to drive growth and expand market reach.

Develop and enhance strategic partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare professionals, corporate entities, and essential stakeholders to foster collaborative opportunities and mutual growth.

Spearhead the development, guidance, and inspiration of a regional sales team, ensuring ongoing attainment of performance goals.

Execute strategies aimed at acquiring new customers, enhancing customer loyalty, and expanding existing accounts.

Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities to facilitate strategic business growth.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline is strongly preferred.

An MBA qualification is highly beneficial and may provide a competitive edge.

With a minimum of seven years of proven leadership in sales management, candidates should bring extensive experience in directing and growing sales teams, developing strategic initiatives, and driving revenue growth.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing established business objectives.

Accomplished in cultivating high-performing teams and fostering influential relationships with key stakeholders.

Proficiency in healthcare diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, medical devices, or related fields is strongly preferred.
