Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align departmental goals with broader company initiatives, fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. Additionally, manage budgetary allocations, resource distribution, and risk mitigation strategies to uphold financial stability and compliance with regulatory standards.

We are responsible for creating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at boosting revenue across food, beverage, events, and conference services.

Leverage corporate alliances, group reservations, and strategic marketing initiatives to expand revenue streams and enhance market presence.

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies spanning social media networks and various online platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Develop and pursue innovative business prospects while nurturing and sustaining high-value connections with current clients.

Devise and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the visibility and appeal of the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces, thereby driving increased bookings and revenue.

Devise and execute groundbreaking events, including themed evenings, corporate engagements, social functions, and additional initiatives aimed at boosting customer traffic and revenue.

Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover potential new business opportunities.

Compile sales reports and monitor progress relative to established benchmarks to evaluate performance.

Serve as a professional ambassador for the organization at networking events and business development engagements.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential, along with expertise in database management and cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure. Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are required. Prior experience in leading projects or mentoring junior developers is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Requires a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent discipline.

Requires a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing, supported by a verified and successful history in the field.

Proficient in digital marketing and social media marketing strategies with deep understanding and practical experience.

Must possess prior experience in the hospitality sector.

Display exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and cultivating professional relationships to foster productive collaborations and achieve mutual objectives.

Able to operate autonomously and deliver results in alignment with sales objectives and a performance-driven agreement.

Deliver innovative, creative solutions to secure events and functions that drive business growth for the establishment and conference facilities.

We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to reward performance and support long-term retention. Incentives include performance-based bonuses, profit-sharing opportunities, and other financial rewards tied to individual and company success. Eligibility for these programs is contingent upon meeting predefined performance metrics and tenure requirements, ensuring a fair and merit-driven approach to compensation.

Monthly basic salary is set at KES 60,000.

A 10% commission is earned on the total monthly food sales achieved.

This role offers a 5% commission on all meetings and conference sales, payable once the monthly sales target of KES 2.8 million is surpassed.
