Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, or a related business field is required for this position.
A diploma in Insurance, specifically ACID or AII, is required, along with membership in either the CII or INK.
Experience
With a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, the ideal candidate will bring extensive industry knowledge and a proven ability to guide teams effectively.
Demonstrates proficiency in project management, leadership, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Maintains strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges effectively.
