Offer dedicated counselling and pastoral care to residential students, assisting them in navigating challenges such as adjustment difficulties, homesickness, cultural transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues.
Work in partnership with residential life staff, house heads, and families to cultivate a secure, encouraging, and caring boarding community.
Deliver interactive workshops and collaborative group sessions designed to foster a sense of community, enhance well-being, and cultivate essential life skills among boarding students.
Oversee and champion the mental health and overall well-being of residential students, facilitating connections to external mental health specialists as needed.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution. Proficiency in industry-standard software applications and strong analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Counselling or School Counselling, obtained from an accredited educational institution, is required.
Hold a valid teaching credential or certification, demonstrating eligibility to instruct in an educational setting.
Holding a valid teaching certificate and a recognized counselor certification are essential requirements for this position.
A minimum of three years of professional experience as a school counselor within an international educational environment is required, with a preference for candidates possessing familiarity with International Baccalaureate (IB) programs.
Proficiency in providing support to students residing in residential or boarding facilities is strongly preferred.
Experienced in delivering individual and group counselling, managing crisis interventions, and providing support to residential students.
Proficient knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum framework, evaluation methodologies, and core pedagogical principles is required.
