Job Summary

A meticulous and self-driven Pharmaceutical Production Assistant is required to assist in manufacturing and packaging processes within a regulated pharmaceutical production facility. The ideal candidate will operate production machinery, manage raw material handling, uphold stringent hygiene protocols, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives and drive organizational success. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Set up, operate, clean, and maintain pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimal production efficiency.

Responsibilities include precisely weighing, measuring, and blending raw materials in strict accordance with approved formulas and specified ratios.

Ensure adherence to quality standards by overseeing production processes to verify that products meet specified requirements.

Perform comprehensive visual examinations of completed items, identifying and documenting any deviations from established standards.

Accurately prepare and finalize Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and ensure comprehensive documentation of label reconciliation.

Ensure the production environment is consistently maintained in a clean, sterile, and contamination-free state.

Execute regular cleaning and sterilization procedures for all equipment and workstations to maintain a sanitary and compliant environment.

Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), established safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations at all times.

Requirements

A diploma or certificate in Pharmaceutical Production, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines is required.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in documentation and adherence to production processes.

Applicants must possess strong hand-eye coordination and the capacity to execute fundamental mathematical computations with accuracy and efficiency.

Capable of maintaining prolonged standing and operating effectively within a high-speed manufacturing setting.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
