Deliver ongoing product training to brokers to maintain a high standard of product knowledge and professionalism, ensuring accurate client advice and preventing any misrepresentation.

A bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, or a related business field is required.
A Diploma in Insurance, specifically either ACID or AII, is required, along with active membership in either the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or the Insurance Institute of Kenya (INK).
