As the sole public mid-level health training institution under the Ministry of Health, KMTC began in 1927 with just four students. Today, we have expanded into one of East and Central Africa’s—and beyond—largest medical training hubs, attracting learners from Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Sudan, and Nigeria.
