The role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating project timelines, and resolving operational challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in industry-specific tools. Additionally, the position requires excellent communication abilities, problem-solving expertise, and the capacity to drive continuous improvement within the organization. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.
We are a real estate development firm seeking a Content Creator to oversee the full spectrum of video production—including filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis. This position encompasses two primary focus areas: external content for our developments across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as internal content for the organization, including health and safety videos, training materials, internal communications, and site updates. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient, methodical, and proactive, with an advanced understanding of social media trends and a strong commitment to evaluating and optimizing content performance post-launch.
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging, short-form vertical video content tailored for social media platforms—including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts—as well as behind-the-scenes footage, lifestyle features, neighborhood spotlights, construction updates, and launch-specific campaign materials.
Craft polished property and development films on a project basis, with a focus on high-quality given our three developments. These flagship tour and campaign videos will be produced in lower volumes, typically a few per quarter, and often aligned with launches or key milestones.
Craft engaging internal video content, including health and safety videos, site induction materials, training modules, internal announcements, and team communications. Ensure clarity, appropriate pacing, and straightforward comprehension in all productions.
You will oversee the entire production workflow—from planning and filming to editing, captioning, and publishing—without relying on external direction to determine your content focus.
Monitor performance metrics and refine content accordingly. Upon identifying underperforming videos—whether due to weak hooks, mismatched formats, poor audio quality, or unappealing thumbnails—you swiftly create and upload improved versions without requiring prompting. You proactively assess engagement data to detect issues early and take corrective action promptly.
Tailor content to align with the unique demands of each platform—whether TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, or Facebook—since each reward distinct engagement metrics. Adjust the format, pacing, and style accordingly to maximize impact and resonance.
To maintain a competitive edge, monitor emerging trends across social media platforms and deliver innovative formats, compelling hooks, and engaging audio content to the team in advance.
Develop and sustain a comprehensive content library by systematically cataloging and organizing all production assets—including b-roll, establishing shots, lifestyle footage, drone footage, and interior shots—with precise metadata and categorization. This ensures quick retrieval and seamless reuse of content, minimizing search time from hours to mere minutes.
Oversee your pipeline in Trello by ensuring daily updates to cards, maintaining an organized shooting schedule, identifying bottlenecks promptly, and addressing every item without delay.
Ensure prompt and professional correspondence via email and Trello, maintaining same-day responses during standard working hours.
Output Expectations:
This position prioritizes efficient delivery of results. The ideal applicant will reliably generate approximately:
We require the production of six to eight concise social media videos weekly, distributed across our developments’ channels, ensuring prompt delivery of time-sensitive content with same-day or next-day turnaround.
Internal videos covering health and safety, training, and communications are produced on a same-week turnaround schedule, generally amounting to two to four videos per month based on business requirements.
Flagship development films are produced on a campaign basis, featuring fewer releases with enhanced production quality, and are meticulously planned in advance.
Videos that do not meet performance benchmarks are swiftly identified, recut as necessary, and reloaded within 48 hours of their initial publication.
Must-Haves:
You demonstrate a strong and current understanding of social media platforms. You actively engage with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube on a daily basis. Additionally, you can identify at least three viral videos from this week and articulate the reasons behind their success.
You maintain a results-oriented approach, continuously evaluating your own work through data and metrics. Upon identifying underperformance, you proactively troubleshoot and refine deliverables rather than shifting focus to new assignments.
Able to independently navigate any setting, whether a development site, show home, or office, and immediately identify the optimal shots without needing a predefined shot list.
You demonstrate adaptability across communication styles, seamlessly transitioning from engaging TikTok hooks to producing clear, concise health and safety videos that resonate with on-site teams.
Fast editing is your hallmark, blending precision with speed. Your primary role is that of an editor, with an unwavering commitment to flawless output. You deliver polished work promptly, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
You possess a keen eye for property and lifestyle aesthetics—or the capacity to cultivate one swiftly. Recognizing the elements that resonate with buyers, such as natural light, spaciousness, functional flow, aspirational lifestyle, and desirable neighborhood features, comes instinctively to you.
You maintain exceptional systems discipline by effectively utilizing Trello (or a comparable tool), ensuring email responses are provided within four business hours, and remaining consistently engaged with assigned tasks.
You must possess your own professional equipment or be comfortable using provided gear, including a camera, gimbals, drone (preferred), lighting setup, audio equipment, and editing software such as Premiere, Cap Cut, da Vinci, or comparable platforms.
We seek tangible evidence of your capabilities; please showcase real projects you’ve completed—portfolio pieces, reels, social media content, or brand and corporate work—demonstrating what you’ve delivered in practice rather than theoretical concepts.
Nice-to-Haves:
A valid drone license and prior experience in capturing aerial footage are required.
A background in real estate, property development, architecture, interior design, or construction-related content is required.
Skilled in developing corporate, training, or health and safety content specifically tailored for internal stakeholders.
Professional experience should include proficiency in motion graphics, foundational color grading techniques, and sound design, among other capabilities.
Captivating copywriting ability to craft compelling captions and attention-grabbing hooks.
Our assessment process will be based on a thorough evaluation of your qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the role. We will carefully review your application materials, including your resume and cover letter, to determine your alignment with the position’s requirements and our company’s values. Additionally, we may conduct interviews, practical assessments, or reference checks to gain deeper insights into your professional background and capabilities. Our goal is to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation to identify the most suitable candidate for the opportunity.
As part of the interview process, candidates who have been shortlisted will be required to complete the following assessments.
Review the provided test footage, approximately ten minutes in length, and deliver a polished 45-second Reel within a 24-hour timeframe.
Conduct an analysis of one of your underperforming videos, detailing the factors you believe contributed to its lackluster performance and outlining the adjustments you would implement in a revised edit.
Deliver a trend pitch by presenting one trending format suitable for upcoming developments, along with a clear explanation of its compelling hook.
