Requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in digital content development or a related role. Proficiency in content management systems, SEO principles, and analytics tools is essential, as is the ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills are critical, along with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of target audiences.
Produce engaging short-form video content and high-quality photographs for various social media platforms, capturing them with a smartphone.
Provide support in the production of video content by utilizing accessible editing software to refine and enhance footage.
Compose engaging captions and social media posts in alignment with provided guidance and direction.
Assist with the implementation of a weekly content plan.
We are seeking a proficient Social Media Support Specialist to provide timely and effective assistance to our online community.
