Executes daily operational duties to support organizational objectives, ensuring prompt and efficient task completion. Performing comprehensive research and analysis on core company and investment opportunities across Real Estate, Private Equity, Structured Products, Equities, and Fixed Income.

Develop and implement sophisticated financial models and perform in-depth data analysis to evaluate business performance, forecast trends, and support strategic decision-making processes.

We evaluate historical and future financial statements and investment data to identify trends, assess performance, and support strategic decision-making.

We develop proprietary investment research, crafting insightful and data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong foundation in financial markets, proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and the ability to interpret complex economic trends. Responsibilities include producing in-depth reports, identifying emerging investment opportunities, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Candidates must possess excellent writing and communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and a track record of delivering high-quality research under tight deadlines. Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and industry best practices is essential.

Compiling comprehensive written reports and delivering articulate verbal presentations comprise essential responsibilities of this role.

Performing comprehensive research on countries, industries, and capital markets is required.

Engaging in the assessment, development, and execution of investment strategies constitutes a core responsibility of this role.

Participate actively in investment meetings and review sessions to provide insights and strategic input.

Perform comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence on behalf of the Investment and Business Development teams to uncover actionable insights.

Collaborate with clients to craft a comprehensive financial plan, serving as the foundation for delivering prudent financial recommendations.

Craft the necessary presentations tailored for upcoming events.

Adhere to all established corporate policies and procedures without exception.

Crafting thought leadership content and authoring articles to establish expertise and influence within the industry.

Performed in addition to other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of three years of professional experience in the industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Additionally, the ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

The preferred applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree, achieved with Upper Second Class Honors or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum of a B+ grade in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or its equivalent qualification is required.

Professional qualifications in finance or investments, such as FIFA or CFA, should be actively pursued, or you must be a registered student currently advancing towards CFA, FIFA, CPA, or CAIA qualifications.

Individuals must possess exceptional analytical aptitude along with strong quantitative competencies to effectively interpret data and derive meaningful insights.

Proven capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining exceptional precision, strong organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Capable of independently executing assigned projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

Skilled in consolidating and analyzing data from diverse sources to extract key insights that inform strategic decision-making and prioritize next actions.
