Prior experience in project coordination or leadership is preferred, and familiarity with compliance standards is advantageous.
A recognized certification, diploma, or equivalent training in Bakery and Pastry Production is required.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a high-volume bakery or food production setting is required, along with a solid understanding of baking methods, ingredient functionalities, and rigorous food safety protocols.
Skilled in operating bakery machinery and equipment, with hands-on experience in their setup, maintenance, and efficient utilization to ensure seamless production processes.
Must be available to accommodate early morning, weekend, and public holiday shifts as needed.
