The WTS Technician is responsible for delivering technical support and upholding quality standards across all Jib franchises. Maintain precise records of Jib’s quality control processes, procedures, and standards while actively proposing enhancements or refinements wherever feasible.

Develop, design, and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program tailored for all franchises operating in Kenya, ensuring systematic upkeep and operational reliability. Oversee and verify the consistent execution of the meticulously structured maintenance schedule to uphold standards and minimize downtime.
This role operates with significant independence, maintaining a direct reporting line to the Production & Quality Coordinator.
