The WTS Technician is responsible for delivering technical support and upholding quality standards across all Jib franchises. Conduct routine evaluations and assessments of quality performance at franchise locations, ensuring adherence to standards while overseeing the enforcement of the Jib Quality Breach Policy.

Maintain precise records of Jib’s quality control processes, procedures, and standards while actively proposing enhancements or refinements wherever feasible.
To achieve monthly targets, utilize agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate performance consistently.
Develop, design, and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program tailored for all franchises operating in Kenya, ensuring systematic upkeep and operational reliability. Oversee and verify the consistent execution of the meticulously structured maintenance schedule to uphold standards and minimize downtime.
This role operates with significant independence, maintaining a direct reporting line to the Production & Quality Coordinator.
