Senior Product Managers at this level serve as primary “Owners,” demonstrating a high level of expertise in their roles. They oversee the success of designated personas and routinely manage relationships across up to three countries or global divisions. Operating with autonomy and minimal supervision, they proactively identify precise customer requirements and translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes.

Oversee a wide range of duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive performance, innovation, and growth while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance productivity across departments. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Monitor progress through performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and report findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Discovery & User Insight: Spearheads exploratory research for designated user personas, uncovering nuanced edge cases and transforming ambiguous user challenges into precise technical requirements and actionable tickets.

Independently analyzes Business Value Metrics (BVMs) and computes Social Return on Investment (SRO) for assigned features, providing a clear rationale for development priorities grounded in fundamental data insights.

Data Fluency: Establishes clear success metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to evaluate features. Applies analytical methods and data insights to identify performance challenges and enhance user conversion paths.

Validation & Prototyping: Determines the most suitable prototyping techniques—such as Figma or paper prototypes—to test and refine proposed solutions. Features are carefully scoped to focus exclusively on MVPs, ensuring resources are used efficiently while accelerating insights and minimizing unnecessary expenditure.

Collaborates with Engineering to synchronize feature scope with available capacity. Anticipates and addresses dependencies involving external teams to eliminate potential obstacles and guarantee on-time delivery.

Technical System Design: Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of the technology stack supporting their features. Provides insightful, constructive feedback to refine engineering estimates and complexity evaluations.

Proficient in Dragon Boat+Jira, this role demonstrates advanced tool mastery as a Power User. They design and optimize dashboards and boards to enhance workflow productivity while expertly curating and overseeing intricate backlog management.
