Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a closely related field is required.
Must possess ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Supervisor certification and relevant training, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of ACE protocols, procedures, and Learning Center management.
A minimum of two years of hands-on teaching or educational supervision experience is required.
Professional experience in child and adolescent care is required.
Demonstrates a deep comprehension of personalized and tailored educational methods to meet diverse learner needs.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing tasks and maintaining meticulous records.
The role requires a strong, decisive, and confident demeanor.
