Mission Description
To maintain the integrity of stock levels and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards at every stage.
Daily inspection of received pallets is conducted to identify non-conformance and other quality-related discrepancies, followed by the preparation of a comprehensive monthly analysis submitted to management for review.
Non-Conforming Products Management involves the systematic identification and segregation of products that do not meet specified standards or requirements within warehouse facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that any deviations from quality, regulatory, or customer specifications are promptly detected and isolated to prevent unintended use or distribution.
Process documentation for short-expiry goods within the warehouse, maintaining precise records and rigorous tracking to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
Retrieves Stop (UD1 & KB1) in accordance with operational requirements.
The role involves compiling reports on customer-related quality issues and submitting these reports to management on a weekly basis.
Conduct thorough inspections of returned goods to determine whether they were rejected by the client or incurred damage, and subsequently prepare a detailed analysis of customer complaints.
Interpret and uphold quality policies while enforcing guidelines to verify adherence to established standards and client specifications.
Conduct comprehensive quality risk assessments, formulate effective mitigation measures, and continuously assess their pertinence. Serve as the primary authority in performing root cause analyses for nonconforming batches, ensuring findings are documented and escalated to management for decisive action.
Daily housekeeping inspections are conducted to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and order are consistently maintained. These thorough assessments verify that all areas meet established hygiene protocols and organizational requirements.
Profile
A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Food Sciences or a related field is required.
Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite is required.
3+ years of hands-on experience or formal training in the field.
Proficient in utilizing the MS Office suite with expertise in its core applications.
