Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS platforms, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws is necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are critical. Additionally, prior experience in talent acquisition or performance management is highly advantageous.

A recognized institution must award either a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in education.

Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), holding valid certification as mandated by regulatory standards.

Proficiency in the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) along with hands-on experience in its implementation is required.

A minimum of one year of instructional experience is highly desirable.

Expertise in incorporating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into instructional methods is required.
