Our client, a distinguished event management firm renowned for its comprehensive production capabilities, seeks a motivated, highly organized individual to spearhead revenue growth, secure new business and bids, nurture key accounts, oversee seamless end-to-end event execution from initial client briefs, and cultivate enduring client relationships.

You will be responsible for maintaining outstanding service standards throughout the entire process, from the initial proposal phase to the conclusion of the final event.

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare comprehensive reports on departmental progress, financial performance, and key performance indicators for senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and internal controls, mitigating risks and maintaining operational integrity. Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to support professional growth and accountability.

Proactively engaging with potential corporate clients, brands, associations, and event planners to cultivate relationships and ascertain their event management service requirements.

Tracking industry developments, competitor actions, and nascent markets to uncover fresh opportunities.

You will spearhead the development of customized event concepts, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and compelling pitch decks in collaboration with the creative team. Your role involves crafting a cohesive vision and presenting it persuasively to key decision-makers.

Negotiating pricing structures, event parameters, and contractual conditions to finalize agreements and secure project commitments.

As the senior advisor to secured clients, you will provide high-level strategic guidance to ensure alignment between their brand objectives and event outcomes.

Transforming one-time event clients into long-term annual partners is a key focus, with an emphasis on identifying and leveraging opportunities to expand service offerings.

Serving as the main escalation contact when clients raise concerns about budgets, timelines, or creative direction.

Crafting detailed actionable briefs from the client’s approved vision to guide the Event Producers, Operations Team, and Creative Designers.

You maintain a high-level view of critical project milestones, ensuring alignment between execution and the commitments made to the client.

As a Client Relations representative, you will represent the company by providing VIP hosting services at key events, ensuring client satisfaction, and directly observing the event’s achievements.

Ensuring that client proposals are competitively priced while maintaining the company’s internal profit targets throughout the bidding process.

You will monitor and report on personal sales pipeline performance, revenue targets, and account growth metrics to senior leadership.

Following the event, we will engage with the client to deliver a comprehensive presentation of key performance data, including attendance figures, engagement analytics, and media reach metrics. Immediately thereafter, we will initiate discussions to foster interest in planning their next event.

Assigned responsibilities may include additional tasks deemed pertinent to the position.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience with databases and software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also important. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in Business Development and marketing initiatives, you will bring a track record of achievement to this role.
