Key responsibilities include strategically managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, while providing leadership and guidance to the team to achieve organizational goals. Operate and oversee CCTV surveillance systems to uphold premises safety and security, ensuring vigilant monitoring at all times. Document and promptly escalate any observed incidents with precise, detailed reports for timely resolution and follow-up.
Support the Security team by participating in daily operational tasks and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols. Safeguard sensitive information and consistently enforce organizational policies and standards.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Applicants should possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a field related to security.
Professionals should possess a foundational understanding of surveillance systems and information technology operations.
Highly principled, meticulous, and capable of adhering to established procedures, this role demands strong collaborative abilities and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Competitive compensation packages are offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary along with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
